Colocation

Co-Location for us means providing space for your equipment in our highly modern data center. We offer 19” 24HE- or 48HE cabinets as well as cages as possible spaces.

Each cabinet is pre-wired over a wiring system of category 5 (LWL also possible) to a distribution zone. Through these circuits they are connected to our international IP backbone; they can also enter further supplementary services such as leased lines or telephone connections in the telecommunications-zone. Two separate 16-fold rails for power outlets guarantee 100% power supply. Every cabinet door can be locked according to our security guidelines.

The cage is a space in our data center and separated by a steel grid. It offers the potential to install individual equipment and to separate from the global client area.

Our clients are picked up at the reception desk by the operator of the network operation center. After verification of the access list and authorization to go through the security areas, they are escorted to the client equipment.

The operators of the NOC are available for support 24 hours a day 365 days a year: server-reboot upon request, metering the status index, switching tapes or changing configurations, all of that is part of our services.
Equipment Surveillance
APAMS (Automated Pro-Active Monitoring Service) makes it possible to control our clients’ equipment and to install escalation procedures in case of misconduct. Click here for more information about APAMS.
